The Blok has a very low impact on the natural environment.
It exceeds the most demanding commercial 2030 targets set by RIBA’s Climate Challenge for carbon footprint, operational energy, natural light levels and overheating. The choice of materials means the Blok is carbon negative, locking up more CO2 than is used to produce it. Careful thermal design removes the need for air conditioning and achieves low heating costs (est. £49/yr).

The Blok is arrives onsite as panels to allow for rapid installation.
